HEREFORD BID RACE DAY NETWORKING EVENT

You are invited to join us on Wednesday 18th March at our Race Day and Networking Event to celebrate the launch of the 2026 Bull Trail. It’s going to be a fantastic afternoon, with a complimentary drink and meal included.
You will have one ticket allocated but can request two, and based on demand we will confirm if we can allocate two to you. We have limited numbers so it will be on a first come basis. We have limited numbers so it will be a first come - first served basis.

Agenda for Day
- Date: Wed 18th March
- Gates Open: 12:30pm
- Networking & meet the Hereford BID Team from 12:30pm
- Your name will be on the bar for your complimentary welcome drink.
- Lunch served 1pm. Sit down tables available in our suite
- 2pm time for a bet on the first race with top tips from our in-house tipsters
- First race 2:30pm (6 to 8 races)
- Last race 5:17pm
- The BID team will be available all day to discuss any requirements or points you may want to raise.
Arrival Instructions
- Gates Open 12:30pm - Your name (Lead name, company and either 1 or 2 tickets that you booked) will be on the entrance turnstiles for free entry.
- Car Parking - shown on the map.
- Make your way to Suites 3-5, first floor in the grandstand. These are on the right as you enter (after coming through the turnstiles) in front of the home straight. - shown on the map.
- Suites 3-5 - located on the first floor and our suites are on the left.
