About Garry Jones
Garry Jones is a Transformational Coach, Martial Arts Master, an International Speaker, and a number one bestselling author.
He worked for 20 years in private industry, starting on the shop floor and eventually becoming a General Manager with an M.B.A., responsible for over 1,000 staff members. Subsequent years of valued experience in self-employment, martial arts, physical and mental health, and spiritual development have given Garry a complete understanding of businesses, both large and small, and the people who work within them.
He has a five-decade involvement in martial arts and, alongside his successful coaching career, runs a Muay Thai boxing gym that combines his love of physical fitness with bringing out the very best in his students. He lives with his family in Herefordshire and works with clients on a national and international level, creating bespoke solutions to many and varied issues, from 1:2:1 coaching to developing teams and leaders in multi-million-pound businesses.
About Peter Hubbersty
Peter Hubbersty is Marketing & Project Manager at Hereford BID, where he leads campaigns that boost local engagement, champion city-centre businesses, and support economic growth in Hereford.
An experienced and passionate marketing professional, Peter has worked in the industry for over three decades, combining strategic insight with hands-on delivery. His career includes board-level roles in leading global marketing agencies, global brands, and his own company.
Beyond agency leadership, Peter has acted as a marketing and content consultant for major brands and organisations across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East, working with businesses such as Nissan, Wickes, Mars, Pizza Express, Dubai Tourism, Emirates Airlines, and Abu Dhabi Government on digital marketing, customer engagement, and brand storytelling.
Now at Hereford BID, he brings big-brand experience to a local setting, helping independent and national businesses alike to communicate more effectively, attract new customers, and make the most of city-wide campaigns and events. Colleagues describe him as a collaborative team player who brings energy, creativity, and clear, practical ideas to every project.
