Hereford’s Cocktail Trail with a Twist

Calling all cocktail, mocktail, fancy GnT and Fizz lovers! The Shaken & Stirred in Hereford Trail is a fabulous fun way to explore the city’s bars with your besties. Sip your way through the trail, collect your stamps, and strut away with an exclusive T-shirt!

Think besties night out meets treasure hunt. Discover spots, try new drinks, and support your favourite local pubs along the way. 

So gather the gang, dress to impress, and get ready to be Shaken & Stirred.

Running through the summer until 21st September it is a must do, so don't get FOMO on this one. So start selecting your dates and have a route plan.

• Pick-up a trail map from any of the venues or Hereford Tourist Information Centre.
• Gather your friends, relatives or colleagues it will be a great social event.
• Plan your route around the venues using the map either go from 1 to 12 or cover them as you like in any order.
• Collect a stamp card from your first venue and rember to collect your stamp from each venue.
• Enjoy and have fun.

How It Works

1. Gather your besties and get the chat started and the plan finalised.

2. Grab Your Stamp Card
Pop into any participating Shaken & Stirred venue or the Hereford Tourist Information Centre (TIC) to pick one up.

3. Sip, Stamp, Repeat
Order a cocktail, mocktail, GnT, glass of fizz, get a stamp. One from each bar – easy peasy (and super tasty).

4. Claim Your Free T-shirt
Once you’ve completed the trail:

Drop your stamped card (at least 9 stamps) at Hereford Tourist Information Centre (TIC) to pick up your Shaken & Stirred T-shirt.

Or if you do not live in Hereford you can post it to Hereford BID, The Town Hall, St Owen Street, Hereford. HR1 2PJ and we’ll sort out delivery or a suitable collection time.

Terms & Conditions

The Shaken & Stirred Cocktail Trail 2025 is hosted and promoted by Hereford City Life, a brand of Hereford Business Improvement District (Hereford BID). By taking part in the trail, you're agreeing to the following terms:

• This trail is for over 18s only. Please drink responsibly and bring valid ID if asked. We recommend only visiting Three venues in one day
• One stamp per venue per person. Just order your cocktail (or another eligible drink – mocktails and soft drinks count too), and the bar team will give you your stamp.
• No rushing. The idea is to enjoy the experience – not race through it. You may stay in a venue for longer, enjoy something to eat and then move on.
• Pace yourself! You absolutely do not need to complete the trail or try all cocktails in one night. Take your time and savour each stop at your own pace – whether it’s over a week or a few weeks.
• Stamps. Stamps must be from official Shaken & Stirred venues only. Pick-up a leaflet for a list of all venues and to follow the map. Maps and stamp cards are available in all venues.
• Multiple stamps from the same venue will make your card invalid – as will any cards that are altered, damaged, photocopied, or tampered with in any way.
• Lost your card? Sadly, we can’t replace it – so keep it safe in your clutch, purse, or back pocket.
• Trail T-shirt After collecting at least 9 stamps and submitting you completed stamp card to TIC or Hereford BID you will receive a limited-edition Shaken & Stirred 2025 T-shirt. No cash alternative is available, and only one T-shirt per person can be claimed across the trail period.
• T-shirts are subject to availability – so don’t wait too long to complete the trail. T-shirts have to be collected before 23rd September 2025.
• Stamp cards have no cash value and can’t be used with any other offers.
• Venues reserve the right to refuse serving you under their own rules and regulations. Hereford BID can not over rule their decision.
• The decision of Hereford BID is final in all matters relating to the trail.
• The trail runs until 21st September 2025 – so plan your route and gather your besties to have lots of fun!
