Located upstairs at Elle Martin's new premises, the beautiful treatment room provides a warm, elegant and luxurious setting where you can switch off and be truly pampered.

Your treatment will be provided by talented Beauty Therapist Suzy Siddall, who brings over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry. With a particular passion for relaxing facials and massages, Suzy is dedicated to creating treatments that help you unwind, recharge and leave feeling wonderful inside and out.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :

The competition is promoted by Hereford City Life in partnership with Elle Martin, located at 21 Broad Street, Hereford.

The Promoter Hereford City Life (HCL) is a brand of Hereford Business Improvement District.

1. Dates & Times

The competition will open on 8 September 2026 and close at 11:59pm on 29 September 2026.

2. Exclusions

Entries received after the closing date and time will not be included.

3. Location

The competition is open to residents of Herefordshire (within a 20 mile radius) aged 18 years or over.

Employees of Hereford City Life and Elle Martin, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition, entrants must follow the instructions stated in the official competition post published on the relevant Hereford City Life and/or Elle Martin social media channels.

The competition post will ask entrants to complete the required actions, including commenting on the post to tag 3 other users, follow Elle martin on social media (Instagram or Facebook ) and like the social media post.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. The Prize

One winner will receive a Luxury Massage & Facial at Elle Martin Hair & Beauty Salon. 

There is only one prize across both entry channels on Facebook & Instagram.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

Any exclusions, expiry dates or additional booking requirements relating to the gift voucher will be communicated to the winner where applicable.

6. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected from all eligible entries received during the competition period.

The winner will be selected by Elle Martin using a fair method from all valid entries.

The decision of Elle Martin regarding the winner is final.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted directly by Elle Martin using the social media account or contact method associated with their competition entry.

The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted.

If the winner does not respond within this period, Elle Martin reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

The winner may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to verify their eligibility and arrange delivery or collection of the prize.

8. Publicity

By entering the competition, the winner agrees that their first name and/or social media username may be shared on Hereford City Life and Elle Martin's social media channels for the purpose of announcing the winner.

Any additional publicity, photographs or promotional activity involving the winner will only take place with the winner's agreement where required.

9. Invalid Entries

Hereford City Life and Elle Martin reserve the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, automated or considered to be in breach of these terms and conditions.

Entries made using false accounts or methods intended to unfairly increase an entrant's chances of winning may be disqualified.

10. Social Media Disclaimer

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or any other social media platform used to promote the competition.

Entrants should not share personal or sensitive information publicly in the comments.

11. Data Protection

Any personal information provided in connection with this competition will only be used for the purposes of administering the competition, verifying the winner and arranging the prize.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
