Löv Leaf Workshops – Get Creative with Plants in Hereford

Join us at Löv Leaf, 28 Church Street, Hereford, for a series of relaxed, hands-on workshops designed to inspire creativity and build confidence with plants.

Whether you’re completely new to houseplants or already growing your indoor jungle, our workshops are welcoming, friendly and suitable for all experience levels.

Refreshments are included at every session, and all materials are provided unless stated otherwise.

Our workshops are family-friendly; however, anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Macramé Plant Hanger Workshop

£28 per person
Monday 27th March, 6pm–8pm

Learn the basics of macramé knot tying and create your own beautiful plant hanger to take home.

This fun, beginner-friendly workshop introduces the core knots and techniques, giving you the confidence to continue exploring macramé projects beyond the session.

No experience needed – full guidance provided.

Please note: A plant and pot are not included, but you’re welcome to browse the shop afterwards. If you already have a pot at home, feel free to bring it (or the measurements) so we can tailor your hanger to fit.

 
Terrarium Building Workshop

£65 per person
Thursday 30th April, 6pm–7:30pm

Create your own miniature indoor ecosystem in this calming, hands-on workshop.

You’ll be guided step-by-step through designing and layering your terrarium using a carefully curated selection of plants, moss and natural materials. Along the way, you’ll learn how terrariums work and how to keep them thriving long term.

By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a fully planted glass terrarium, a care guide, and the confidence to look after your creation.

Includes all materials, glass vessel, plants and refreshments.

 
Plant Care 101

£20 per person
Tuesday 5th May, 6pm–7:30pm

Build confidence. Grow better plants.

If you’ve ever wondered whether you’re watering too much, not enough, or why one plant thrives while another struggles, this session is for you.

Plant Care 101 covers the fundamentals of indoor plant care, including:

• Understanding light (and what “bright indirect” really means)
• Watering correctly
• Soil and pot selection
• Feeding and fertilising basics
• Seasonal adjustments
• Common plant problems and prevention
• Repotting guidance
• There’s plenty of time for questions, and you’re welcome to bring photos of your own plants for advice.

Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to strengthen their plant knowledge.

Painting Pots Workshop

£25 per person
Thursday 2nd April, 6pm–7:30pm

Get creative and design your own small terracotta plant pot using stencils or freehand techniques.

This relaxed, social session is perfect for anyone who enjoys crafting and plants. Steph will also be on hand to answer any plant-related questions while you paint.
