Fun Hunt on Commercial Road

It’s competition time again on Commercial Road, and this one is all about a little bit of fun, a little bit of detective work, and the chance to win a fantastic a £15 Hereford Gift Card over the next couple of weeks, our cheeky little worker characters will be hidden in a new shop, pub or cafe each day—waiting for you to come and find them.

Spot the hidden Lego Figures with a Digger, to win a £15 Hereford Gift Card, with 10 days of prizes.

The first person to track one down will win a £15 Hereford gift card to spend locally.

The figures will be hidden in different locations on Commercial Rd from Monday 22nd to Friday 26th Sept and again from Monday 29th Sept to Friday 3rd Oct. 

Each day they figures will be in a different venue - a shop, cafe or pub.

How to Take Part

Getting involved couldn’t be easier:

1. Read the clue on Hereford City Life Facebook or Instagram
2. Pop into the venue where you think the figures are located.
3. Find the hidden Lego worker figures.
4. Snap a picture.
5. Send it to us on Facebook or Instagram by Direct Message only.

That’s it. Simple, fun, and a great way to explore what Commercial Road has to offer.

We will check the Direct messages the next day and let you know if you where first one to send the picture of the figures in the correct location.

This FunHunt Compettition has been created to encourage people to return to Commercial Road following recent road closures and ongoing roadworks. Local businesses have continued to trade throughout this period, and this initiative is designed to bring visitors back, highlight the wide variety of shops and services available, and remind everyone that Commercial Road is very much open for business.

Terms & Conditions for Hereford City Life Commercial Road Hunt the Lego figures

 

The Promoter is Hereford City Life (HCL) is a brand of Hereford Business Improvement District.

1. The competition is open to all UK residents (except employees and families of the Promoter, BID members included in the competition and its affiliate companies, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the promotion).

2. The entrant's must be 18 or older. When contacted, the prize winner may be asked to provide proof of age (18 years of age and over). The social media account holder used to enter must be 18 years of age or older to enter.

3. The prize is as per the competition on Hereford City Life's marketing materials and social media posts. The prize is to be collected from the Hereford Town Hall on an agreed date.

4. The competition dates are shown on the Website What's ON page along with all details how to enter the competition. Entry for this prize draw is as per the instructions on the Hereford City Life website and social media channels. Entrants be available to attend the prize handover.

5. The winner will be notified by Direct message or comment on social media and will need to provide a contact number. We will ask the winner to contact us to claim their prize and we will call entrants back.

6. The winner will have 48 hours to respond to the notification and to send the required contact details. After this time, the Promoter reserves the right to pass on the prize to a new winner drawn from the entries.

7. There will be one winner from all eligible entries for each day of the competition (10 days and 10 prizes). The first person to respond with the location of the Lego figures will win the prize. The prize details are listed on the one of our social media channels or the website page for the competition.

8. By entering the competition, entrants agree to allow Hereford City Life to use their name in social media communications and possible press or marketing material referencing the competition.

9. Following notification, the winner will receive full details of the prize and how to receive it. 

10. Any personal contact information you supply will be used only for the purposes of administering the prize draw.

11. Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter. Accordingly, the Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, vary or amend the promotion, and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result.

12. Prizes are non-transferable, and there are no cash alternatives.

13. The HCL Marketing Manager's decision will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. By participating in the competition, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

16. Entrants are liable for their own costs to travel to collect the prize, access telephone, mobile or computer networks or for any postal correspondence.

17. This promotion and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

18. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other Social Network.

19. The daily winner will be selected from the first person to Direct Message (Facebook or Instagram) Hereford City Life with the correct location being named and a picture of the Lego figures in the correct location for the day.

20. Prizes – Each day from Monday 22nd September to Friday 26th September and again from Monday 29th September to Friday 3rdOctober 2025 Hereford City Life will offer a £15 Hereford Gift Card as a daily prize. No cash Alternative will be offered.
