Hereford Cider Museum Trust is looking for a dynamic Commercial Development Officer
Do you have experience of retail, marketing, an understanding of the current market and a keen interest in helping the charity run a museum for the public benefit? Hereford Cider Museum Trust is looking for a dynamic Commercial Development Officer to improve its income streams and to enhance the visitor experience at the museum.
Hereford Museum of Cider runs meeting rooms, a tearoom and a small shop and are looking for fresh eyes to learn what they can do better and achieve. The Commercial Development Officer will provide direction and day-to-day management and promotion of the café, shop and meeting rooms. You will advise the staff and volunteer front of house team, helping them to deliver the best possible visitor experience in the museum and improving customer service.
