The Courtyard celebrates Brew Monday with £3 film tickets

The Courtyard is delighted to be offering £3 film tickets to House of Gucci (15) on Monday 17 January as part of the Samaritans Brew Monday initiative.

The third Monday in January is often referred to as ‘the most difficult day of the year’ or ‘Blue Monday’ but the Samaritans want to dispel this myth. Everyone has good days and bad days, and these are not dictated by a day on the calendar. Brew Monday is an initiative developed by the Samaritans to turn ‘Blue Monday’ into something positive and inspire people to connect over a drink.

“Here at The Courtyard, we understand the power of the arts in improving our mental health.” Says Marketing and Audience Development Manager, Robyn Barratt, “This can be through the joy of song, or the healing catharsis of a story well told. When we heard about the Samaritan’s Brew Monday, we knew we had to get involved. And what better way than the perfect conversation starter – a great film?”

To encourage audiences to engage with the arts and get talking, The Courtyard are offering £3 tickets to its 2.30pm screening of House of Gucci (15) on Monday 17 January. Audiences will need to use the code BREWMONDAY when booking tickets.

House of Gucci (15) is inspired by the family empire behind the Italian fashion house of Gucci. When Patrizia Reggiani (Lady Gaga), an outsider from humble beginnings, marries into the Gucci family, her unbridled ambition begins to unravel the family legacy and triggers a reckless spiral of betrayal, decadence, revenge, and ultimately…murder.

The Courtyard is a Talk Community Hub in partnership with Herefordshire Council and their talk community directory.
