The Xmas Shop Window Awards are here for 2021!
What better way to mark the start of the festive season than by celebrating Hereford’s fantastic businesses and their creative shopfronts?
Our fabulous shops have done us proud again, with so many getting involved to make their street and the whole city centre look bright and welcoming as people begin their Christmas shopping.
What’s new
This year, we have changed things up a little. In addition to our traditional Facebook voting, we have created a new LoyalFree trail to help you find all the entrants and experience the full effect of their displays in person. The trail will show you the nearest display to your current location and provide the option to vote for each entrant on the app. Why not pick up a hot chocolate or warming festive beverage and make an evening of exploring all the displays?
What’s more, instead of simply shortlisting for the judges vote, your votes will now decide the winners for a new category – the People’s Choice, with a winner and runner up for both Independent and National stores to be chosen. The Judges’ Choice will go ahead as normal and this year’s judges include the Bishop of Hereford and Matt Healey from Your Herefordshire.
How to vote
The contest is now live and there are two ways to vote - on our Facebook (just look for the pinned post on our page) or via the LoyalFree app. You can vote on both platforms so make sure to show support for your favourite businesses.
Voting closes at Midnight on 20th December.
