Terms & Conditions for Hereford City Life Hoppy Easter Trail Prize Draw. The Promoter is Hereford City Life (a brand of Hereford Business Improvement District).

1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents (except employees and families of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the promotion).

2. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over. When contacted the prize winner may be asked to provide proof of age.

3. The prize is as per the competition on Hereford City Life's marketing materials and entry form leaflet.

4. The competition opens on Monday 25th March 2024 and closes at 3:30pm on Saturday 6th April 2024. Entry for this prize draw is as per the instructions on the Hereford City Life Easter leaflet relating to the giveaway. Entrants must be able to collect their prize from Hereford Town Hall before 12th April 2024.

5. All entries must be posted into the box in Hereford Tourist Information Centre, Town Hall, St Owen Street, Hereford before 3:30pm on Saturday 6th April 2024. Full details in to be filled out and the location questions answered correctly.

6. The winner will be notified by 5pm on 9th April by phone and email. We will ask the winner to contact us to claim their prize.

7. The winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize following notification. After this time, the Promoter reserves the right to pass on the prize to a new winner.

8. There will be three winners from all eligible entries on entry form.

9. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries submit with the correct information on the entry form.

10. By entering the competition, entrants agree for their name to be used by Hereford City Life in social media communications and possible press or marketing material referencing the competition.

11. Full details of the prize and how to receive it will be supplied to the winner following notification. 

12. Any personal contact information you supply will be used only for the purposes of administering the prize draw.

13. Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly they may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result.

14. Prizes are non-transferable, and there are no cash alternatives.

15. The decision of the Marketing Manager will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions by participating in this promotion.

17. Entrants are liable for their own costs to access telephone, mobile or computer networks, or for any postal correspondence.

18 . This promotion and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
