Terms & Conditions for Hereford City Life Dino Trail 2024 Prize Draw. The Promoter is Hereford City Life (a brand of Hereford Business Improvement District).

1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents (except employees and families of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the promotion).

2. The entrant's name on the entry form must be 18 or older. When contacted, the prize winner may be asked to provide proof of age (18 years of age and over).

3. The prize is as per the competition on Hereford City Life's marketing materials and social media posts. The prize is to be collected from the Hereford Town Hall.

4. The competition opens on  1 August 2024 and closes at 4:00 pm on 31 August 2024. Entry for this prize draw is as per the instructions on the Hereford City Life website. Entrants (parents and children) must be available to attend the prize handover.

5. The winner will be notified by 5 pm on 3 September 2024. We will ask the winner to contact us to claim their prize if we have to leave a message.

6. The winner will have 48 hours to respond to the notification and to send the required contact details. After this time, the Promoter reserves the right to pass on the prize to a new winner drawn from the entries.

7. There will be one winner from all eligible entries on the entry form. The first pulled out will win £50.

8. The free prize for all completed entries is subject to availability and while stocks last. No alternative will be offered once stocks run out. It's first come, first served.

9. By entering the competition, entrants agree to allow Hereford City Life to use their name in social media communications and possible press or marketing material referencing the competition.

10. Following notification, the winner will receive full details of the prize and how to receive it. 

11. Any personal contact information you supply will be used only for the purposes of administering the prize draw.

12. Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter. Accordingly, the Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, vary or amend the promotion, and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result.

13. Prizes are non-transferable, and there are no cash alternatives.

14. The HCL Marketing Manager's decision will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. By participating in this promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

16. Entrants are liable for their own costs to access telephone, mobile or computer networks or for any postal correspondence.

17. This promotion and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

18. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other Social Network.

19. The winning entry must have all locations correctly numbered. If it contains any incorrect answers, it is void.

20. All entries must be posted at the Hereford Tourist Information Centre. Check opening times.

 

The Hereford Bull Trail is organised by Hereford City, a brand of Hereford Business Improvement District (Hereford BID). By participating in this trail, you agree to the following:
 

1. This trail is only open to persons aged 18 years or over.
2. Only one stamp will be issued per pint of alcoholic drink, cup of coffee or tea, or soft drink purchased per person at each venue. Please note that for the Hereford Beer House, one stamp will be issued per drink over £2.50.
3. No more than one stamp can be collected per person per venue, with no more than four stamps/check-ins per day.
4. Completed stamp cards must be displayed as proof of trail completion.
   Only stamps from participating venues will be accepted.
5. Any card presented with multiple stamps from the same venue will be rendered void.
   Stamp cards that have been altered, damaged, defaced, amended or copied are invalid. Hereford BID cannot accept liability for lost cards.
6. The prize for completing the Hereford Bull Trail is a limited-edition 2024 Trail T-shirt.
    Only one t-shirt can be claimed per person and is subject to availability.
7. Stamp cards have no cash value and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
8. The decision of the Hereford Business Improvement District is final and binding in all matters.
9. The trail ends on 14th Ocober 2024.
