Located on Widemarsh Street, Cosy Club Hereford is a characterful choice for a Christmas meal or group celebration. Housed in a historic building dating back to 1621, the restaurant features original wood panelling, grand fireplaces and a relaxed, elegant atmosphere.

For Christmas 2026, Cosy Club's festive menu runs from 18 November through to Christmas Eve, with three-course dining from £29.95 per person. The menu combines traditional festive favourites with Cosy Club dishes, making it suitable for groups with different tastes and dietary requirements.

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and other options are available.

For larger celebrations, group bookings are available for parties of eight or more, with set menus, festive drinks packages and private room hire options. Cosy Club also offers spaces and packages for celebrations ranging from work Christmas parties and team nights to family gatherings and catch-ups with friends.

With its central location close to Hereford Cathedral and the city's Christmas market, Cosy Club can also work well as part of a wider festive day or evening in Hereford.

Castle House Hotel

We will be hosting our Christmas Parties from Tuesday 1st December to Wednesday 23rd December.

To confirm your booking, they require:

• A valid credit or debit card to secure your reservation.
• For parties of 25 guests or more, a non-refundable £500 deposit is required. This deposit will be deducted from your final balance, which is due two weeks before your event.
• Pre-orders confirmed
• Guest numbers confirmed
• Full payment for all food must be received two weeks before your party date. Food payments are non-refundable once received.

Christmas Lunch Party

No minimum number of guests.
£55 per person.

Christmas Dinner Party

Minimum of 25 guests.
£65 per person.
