Join us for a Burns Night supper club at The Bookshop in Hereford on the 25th of January.

Chef Mike Fullard and Chef Connor Rooney will be serving up a 4-course supper club, served with whiskey at The Bookshop.

 

MENU:

CULLEN SKINK

Smoked haddock soup, curry oil, puffed rice

RUMBLEDETHUMPS

Breaded bubble and squeak, whiskey mayo

HAGGIS, NEEPS & TATTIES

Bookshop haggis, roasted swede mash, buttered mash, onion gravy

CRANACHAN

Roasted oats, whiskey cream, lavender honey, raspberries
